Amy Van Mui (CIYT, C-IAYT) is a certified teacher of Iyengar Yoga at the IJ2 level and Pilates at the Gold level.  Amy also holds a certificate from the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She began teaching in 2000.  She is known for her keen eye and effective adjustments in her teaching; these unique skills  improve overall quality of movement for her students and optimizes balance, performance, and overall well-being.

This approach translates to improved functional and efficient movement and allows her students to develop strength, flexibility, and stability in a balanced manner.  These benefits can also cultivate increased energy, ease, and vibrancy in the body.  Her earnest study of biomechanics is fueled by her background in Pilates.  Amy's classes and private sessions focus on creating balance and integrating the body, mind, and spirit to develop calm, peace, and poise so one can be well within.
