She has completed the rigorous Iyengar Yoga Assessment process and is currently certified at the Introductory II Level. Iyengar Yoga is an intelligent systematic approach to yoga developed by BKS Iyengar. Through Mr. Iyengar's 80 plus years of dedicated practice and teaching, he has incorporated the use of props to help facilitate safe and progressive advancement in poses (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama).
