Iyengar Yoga is a systematic and highly effective approach to help increase our physical, mental and emotional well-being. This helps us excel in all the other aspects of our lives.  The focus on alignment of the physical body increases flexibility, strength, stability and balance in our physical body.  Alignment of the breath with movement helps to bring clarity and focus to our mental state.  And alignment of the physical and mental bodies assists in bringing peace and poise to one's overall well-being.  Join us to move, open and be rejuvenated.

Amy Van Mui is a Certified Iyengar Yoga and Pilates Teacher.  She began teaching in 2000.  She is known for her keen eye and effective adjustments which helps to create the environment for functional and efficient movement in her classes.  This allows her students to develop strength and flexibility, in a balanced manner; which cultivates increased energy, ease and vibrancy in their bodies.  Her earnest study of biomechanics is fueled by her background in Pilates.  Amy's classes focus on balancing and integrating the body, mind and spirit to develop calm, peace and poise in how we meet the stress of modern life.
